Mags,
I'm writing to you for 2 reasons. Just want to let you know that I sent
that Berg Balance Scale to you, unfortunately I have to tell my husband we
really need to change the E-mail address to include both of our names
Timothy/Robin. I'm a relatively new PT, so it felt good to be of help to
someone else for a change. I mean for once answering a question and not
asking one.
But I got more curious when you answered that pulmonary posting
because I, along with a respiratory therapist who coordinates the program,
just started an outpatient pulmonary program at a local community hospital.
Right now I'm trying to come up with a Home Exercise Program specific for
this COPD population. Any comments, observations, or advise? By the way,
your observations are on the money! Any advise on writing goals? A good
site is the AACPR: American Association of cardiace & pulmonary rehab. Are
you a member of the pulmonary PT chapter?
Hope to hear from you soon!
Robin
