I recently had a quick look at IMS. It seemed that most of the IMS elements,
beyond those of Dublin Core, were education related. They didn't appear very
relevant to electronic journal articles (unless they were in student packs)
or to general information web pages.
I did notice one or two useful elements which are not in Dublin Core. In
particular, Dublin Core lacks 'Version' number.
