After many fruitless attempts to post messages on this list, the muddle
is finally straightened out -- for which thank you George.
In our correspondence re. the above, I mentioned that Peregrina is
always on the look out for Latin or Greek (especially) translators of
hagiographic/monastic/liturgical texts-- medieval and early Church.
George suggested that I post a message to the list. If anyone has a text
s/he might like to submit in these areas, please contact me. I used to
drum up business at Kalamazoo but given the exigencies of NAFTA (I can't
get my stuff over the border), the expense of renting tables and my
somewhat declining reserves of energy, I've stopped going. But the
advantages of lists never occurred to me until George put the bee in my
bonnet.
By the way, one of the messages I tried to post was to alert whoever it
was who asked about Lutgard of Aywieres a few months ago that Thomas de
Cantimpre's Latin text is now on my website (also Christina Mirabilis
and Gertrud of Helfta's Legatus, Books I and II):
