Basic things to include are: UE/upper chest mobility, diaphragm use
(diaphragm:upper chest ratio), inspiratory:expiratory ratio, resp
rate/HR/sats/BP before during and after activity, O2 used, chest mobility
during breathing (upper, middle, and lower), knowledge and use of
diaphragmatic and pursed lip breathing, any previous pulmonary rehab experience.
