You could try asking Joyce Williams. She tutors Physiotherapy Management
Courses, on which all participants are expected to take along the previous
years new and returning patient figures - alot of these are for outpatient
departments. Perhaps she can help - I don't have her telephone number here,
but CSP HQ should have it. Alternatively, look in Frontline for anyone that
is running one of her courses.
