Just to add to the recent exchanges about accessing connection codes
for UK and other European Z39.50 sites.
It's not just EndNote users who would be interested. The other
excellent reference manager ProCite now has a Z39.50 add-on called
'BookWhere?' lis-elib members may remember it as originally developed
at the University of Toronto, using the Z39.50 search engine
developed by the National Library of Canada. BookWhere is now handled
commercially by Sea Change (www.seachange.com). Its integration into
ProCite makes the latter a very neat bibliographical tool - but
again the built-in Z39.50 access codes are mostly North American.
