This is a message that I send to Lorcan Dempsey, following his comment on the
Byte article. He suggested that:

...so I do so. It would be very useful to UK scholars who use EndNote to have
a list of the connection codes for Z39.50 sites - either added to the list at
the Niles site (the software firm) at http://www.niles.com/ or at a readily
updateable UK site at, say, UKOLN. EndNote's development means that an
academic can now download from a number of libraries, including the Lof C to
create a basic file for further investigation. It would also be useful to have
the Z39.50 connection code for BIDS services.
