A good place to put this information (once collected!) would be the
NISS Library OPACS in HE , which has "info" files about each OPAC, or
perhaps the OBI pages, covering all sorts of OPACs, and maintained by
Peter Stone.
Though that would only cover OPACs, they may be the "hard to find"
ones, as I'd expect national & commercial services to be more
forthcoming in providing the necessary information.
