Fee includes: all lectures, cocktails Thursday evening, 20.00 at the Town Hall of

Vienna, coffee and tea. It excludes congress bool(s, lunches and a congress
dinner on Friday, November 20, 1998.
Congress workshops: a selection workshops is available on an extra cost basis.
To participate in one or more worrkshops, please indicate on the registration form
which of the workshops you would like to intend. Participation is limited and will
be handled on a first come first serve basis.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 1998. CONGRESS DINNER
An experience by which you really get to know the magic of the city of Vienna by
night. Driving at a leisurely pace through the brightly lit shopping streets and the
"Ringstrasse" with all its imposing buildings and monuments, you will get a feeling
of the unique atmosphere of Vienna by night. The statue of johann Strauss, the
State Opera House, the Hofburg, the House of Parliament, the Burgtheatre bear
witness to the historical imporance of this city. As crowning event of the evening,
we take you to the traditional "Heurigen" in Grinzing, where you will encounter
Viennese jollity with a glass of wine and a typical Viennese dinner, while
musicians will play "Schrammel" music.
Price: ATS 660.- per person, including transportation, guide, three course dinner,
drinks and music.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following policy shall apply to all cancelled registrations: All cancellations
must be advised to the UC, Medical School in writing. If received before or on
September 1, 1998 a full refund less an administration fee of $ 50 shall apply.
After , September 1, no refunds will be available, however you may nominate a
substi~ tute delegate without any further cost. Refund of accommodation deposits
shall be at the discretion of Imperial Tours.
