Given the increasing use of Z39.50 in the UK, it is likely that more
people will be needing target configuration info (the RIDING clump project
has also recently asked us about this) - and there will hopefully be a lot
more UK operational targets available soon :-)
There are various sources around which provide this info, including the
Niles site mentioned and LC have a 'test' list:

But as Tom Wilson says, UK coverage is pretty patchy. So UKOLN will host a
list - we are currently looking into a suitable approach, and will
announce further info here soon.
