Having received a message from Chris Sivewright I was very concerned that
the image of AICE will be tarnished following a rather illogical
interpretation of the facts as perceived by Mr. Sivewright in his E mail.
For your information, below is a copy of my reply to Mr. Sivewright. If
any-one does wish to know more about the AICE paper, please do get in
touch.
Dear Mr. Sivewright,
It seems you have been grossly misinformed about AICE.
I am one of the Princiapl Examiners for the AICE Business Studies paper,
with significant experience in Cambridge Linear. I can assure you that the
standard of the examination is very much in line with A level and we have
produced some challenging papers, that not even you could get students
through on one lesson!
I notice that you did not ask for either a copy of the syllabus or a copy
of past papers; perhaps before you continue your scare-mongering missions,
you might do some research and ascertain the facts as they are and not as
you clearly wish to interpret them from UCLES.
Yours sincerely,
Michael Barratt
