Well seeing as I seem to be in a minority of one on this one, fair enough.
I find the thought of people using DC (or anything) just because its been
rubber stamped by a standards body rather than proved in the field rather
frightening. However, that's their problem. More of a problem for me is
how will a standardised DC impact our community ability to modify DC in
the future? Or are we aiming for a point when we can finally say, "Right
DC is done, it works, its standardised, we can get on with the rest of our
lives."?
