It seems that the banner graphic requires a PROXY licence as it is 'being
hosted'.
The content of my e-mail resulted from coversations with UKERNA. They
advised the use of PROXY licenses.
In all fairness I don't think this is as cumbersome as it sounds. It seems
reasonable to me that a register ought to be kept for all third-party
interests using the server. In the commercial domain banner graphics have
far more auditing information associated with them...
