I am currently attempting to do an eigenimage analysis in SPM96 using an
XA.mat file that was created using a multi-study with replications
design including 26 subjects, 2 studies with 3 conditions each, and 32
scans per subject.
In spm_svd_ui.m it is stated that "The eigenimages can be based on the
group data or on any single subject." While previous analyses have
produced the following prompt for a group-level calculation:
'all subjects {blocks} ?',
this option is skipped when I attempt to run the analysis on my current
dataset. Instead, it produces:
'which subject[s] ?' .
So concretely, my question is why is spm not executing line #42 of
spm_svd_ui.m, which reads:
if spm_input('all subjects {blocks} ?',1,'yes|no',[1 0]) ?
Might the problem relate to the size of the dataset? (the XA.mat file
is over half a gigabyte in size).
Thanks!
