Dear SPMs:
We have two questions regarding the running of SPM.
1. adjustment of pitch value and save to all functional images.
We are working on some fMRI projects and would like to scan the brain
coronally through hypothalamus and some basal brain portion. In order to
do coregistration, we first have to reorient the brain by adjusting the
Pitch value. While doing this, we could not find any option to "save to
all" functional images in the window of "fix header" after readjustment
using SPM96. It is quite cumbersome to change the values and write
functional images one by one. Will appreciate any information regarding
the procedure.
2. In case of partial brain study not encompassing the AC point for
origin setup in the data set, e.g., visual cortex study with oblique
scanning, what is the best way to do coregistration and normalization?
Best of Wishes!
JC
