Hello,
we have just been discussing the problem of Giuseppe Pagnoni in the mailing
list and have a related question concerning multi-subject and multi-session
analysis.
Is it legal to treat different sessions from one subject as a multi-subject
analysis in one statistical processing step ?
If we have a multi-subject analysis with one session per subject, all of the
sessions are independent. But when several sessions are taken from one and
the same subject they should be treated as dependent.
So how can we use equal statistical processing for both cases ?
When we got this right Karl suggested pooling as a solution for this.
What is pooling ?
Thank you
T. Stephan, S.Bense
