I have done some research from the Proceedings, and I must say they make
fascinating reading. I found a complete set in the library of the University of
Edinburgh, and I suspect most universities which teach mech eng will also have
sets. You local library should also be able to order you volumes through an
inter-library loan as they will be held in copyright libraries.

A quick search of the web hasn't found a homepage, but their address is
1 Birdcage Walk
London
SW1H 9JJ
England
Telephone No: 0171 973 1316
Fax No: 0171 222 9881
I believe they publish an index to the Proceedings, which I would well
recommend as sometimes the date of a lecture does not closely correspond to the
date it was published!
