Thanks very much to George Hills <[log in to unmask]> for this update! The site
is open (and I thought the presentation was attractive - reminiscent of GWR?).
Amazing how quickly GNER got the lawyers out - if only my letter had been
answered so promptly. Perhaps I should sent it to the website?
What does everyone think about the appearance of this website? Is it a good
idea? A waste of time? Will stimulate discussion? Should it contain a
mechanism for transmitting the information on to the company concerned which
could then reply online so we can all see the quality of the reply? Should it
contain links to websites provided by our TOCs, which in turn should each have
a facility for passengers to input comments? Will the comments on this site
just be silly? How will we know if they are true? Will someone monitor the complaints?
Anyway, have a look and see if you are interested.

Except that the real GNER set their lawyers on them.
