As I recall, someone at the Weed seminar this year spoke about the effect
soft soles/midsoles/inlays have on shack attenuation, that they actually
worsened attenuation. I don't recall exactly who said this, but I think
it is an area that deserves further attention. (If anyone out there
recalls the specifics, please chime in here). Something about affecting
proprioceptive response time?
