I believe I recall reading a book several years ago titles "Call and
Response." Can't recall the author but I think it may have something of
what you're searching for. Also, in the States Henry Mitchell's work on
homeletics is golden for all preachers but especially for insight into the
structure and logic of black preaching. Hope this helps.
