I am sure that you must all have picked up the news of Dialog's
disappointing 3rd Quarter figures by now. Every broadsheet seems to have
a version of the story.
I particularly liked the quotes in the Telegraph:
One analyst said: "...... - they've completely stuffed up their revenue
model."
And from Dan Wagner:
"We had a dramatic overhaul in pricing which did not go down well with our
customers."
