Due to popular demand the following course will now be running again on
8th October 1998.
INTERNET TOOLS FOR THE ADVANCED SEARCHER
Introduction to course:
This course is designed to give experienced Internet searchers an
opportunity to explore ways in which they can search more effectively.
Discussions will focus around new search engines, advanced techniques in
familiar ones, and how to get the most out of them. You'll learn how to
use the Netscape browser more effectively, and ways to search the
Internet faster and more effectively. As Web pages become more complex,
in order to get the most out of them you need to import various utility
programs and you will have an opportunity to look at these in some
detail. Delegates will obtain most from this course if they have already
been using the Internet and are familiar with a Windows environment
