Hi Lyn,
Suggest you try the HEA they have the following:
A searchable database including Health Education materials at:
http://www.hea.org.uk/hpic/index.html
(Ordinarily I would also try the HEBS at:
http://www.hebs.scot.nhs.uk/pro.htm
They have a searchable health information leaflets database but it
drew a blank amongst its 69 items in Urdu).
More specifically the HEA have the following:
RESOURCES FOR BLACK AND ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS

4000 statutory and voluntary organisations concerned with
health, this database includes more than 560 nationally
available resources which:
promote healthy lifestyles
inform about health services and how to use them
are concerned with particular conditions and diseases
The resources:
provide a national overview of what is available for this
target audience are nationally available for purchase or hire
reflect the national shifts in emphasis in health promotion for
black and minority ethnic communities
The database includes resources which have been produced in the
following community languages:

French
Greek
Gujarati
Hindi
Japanese
Kurdish
