SENIOR LIBRARY ASSISTANTS
Deputy to the Chief Cataloguer / Systems Librarian required to assist
with the running of the Cataloguing Department and the management of the
Library system (currently Innopac)
Deputy to the User Services Librarian (electronic resources) required to
help with the provision of electronic information. Duties will include
responsibility for the day-to-day running of the School's web server.
Knowledge of Russian or an East European language essential
Salary on CRA4 scale £15,208 p.a. -£18,655 p.a including London
Allowance.

Cataloguer to assist with the restrospective conversion of the Librarys
catalogue to machine-readable form.
Cataloguer to continue a project of cataloguing material from the
Library's backlog into machine-readable form.
The appointments would be until 31December 1999
Experience of cataloguing on automated systems and nowledge of Russian or
an East European language, plus familiarity with the Cyrillic alphabet
essential
Salary on CRA3 scale £13,428 - 16,411 including London Allowance.
