I've just been asked by a member of staff here if it's possible to do
some sort of regular search, to help identify the calls for research
proposals issued by UK government departments, the EU, WHO etc. I'm
aware that there are certain print publications that cover this type
of thing - 'CORDIS focus', 'Research Fortnight' etc. It's also
obviously possible to scan for advertisements placed in journals, or
to regularly scan key Web sites for press releases etc.
Has anyone out there come across a tidier and more efficient approach
towards doing this sort of thing? Information on any previous
experiences would be greatly appreciated.
