Sick of the boring food often served at archaeological digs?
If you're organising field work in 1999 contact me to find out how I can
help make your work so much more enjoyable, rewarding and productive. I'm
an experienced cook with a background in catering, cafe and restaurant work.
I provide cooking services to archaeological teams and have recently
returned from cooking at a dig arranged by the University of Glasgow in
Cyprus.
I believe in using good, fresh, local produce wherever possible and in
providing food that people really enjoy.
My repertoire includes Thai, Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, Australian and
other cooking styles to suit. Cakes, desserts and salads are specialities.
Good food adds zest to the day and boosts morale.
