<B><P><A NAME="SCOPE">IT+SE'99 SCOPE</P>
</B><P></A>The Conference is a forum that is held since 1974. It brings together researchers, designers, programmers and vendors working in the fields of automated design and new information technologies. The goal of IT+SE'99 Conference is to become a place of meeting where cross fertilization of ideas and exchange of experience<A NAME="CONFERENCE_LOCATION"> make bridges for co-operation.</P>

<B><P>CONFERENCE LOCATION</P>
</B><P></A>Conference, Discussion Scientific Club and Workshop will be held in one of the most beautiful areas of Crimean peninsular at a comfortable hotel in a suburb of Yalta picturesque Gurzuf. Gurzuf is located on a sea shore at a distance of 70 km from the Crimean regional center Simferopol. The road from Simferopol to Gurzuf goes through Crimean mountains. Gurzuf can be reached from Simferopol by bus, trolley bus and taxi for a very reasonable price. </P>

</B><P></A>Working languages are Russian and English. Synchronous translation will be provided for all lectures, paper presentation<A NAME="PAPER_SUBMISSION">s and Round-table discussions. </P>

<B><P>SUBMISSION PROCEDURE</P>
</B><P></A>Authors are invited to submit papers to <A HREF="#Organising_Committee_Address">Organising Committee Representative for Europe</A>.</P>
<P>Submittals should describe the nature of the work, explain its significance, highlight new or promising results. </P>
<P>Submitted papers will be divided into two categories: </P>
<UL>
<LI>Category A - panel papers - 3 A4 pages </LI>
<LI>Category B - poster papers - 2 A4 pages</LI></UL>
<P>On first page, give the paper title, authors names and affiliation, postal addresses and E-mail, a short abstract (50 words) and key words (5).</P>
<P>Page contains 2400 characters. Papers should be prepared as WinWord6.0 file and submitted on diskette or via E-mail.</P>

<B><P><A NAME="PROCEEDINGS">PROCEEDINGS of CONFERENCE</P>
</B><P></A>Accepted papers will be published in Proceedings of International Conference IT+ SE'99 both in Russian and in English.</P>
<P>Proceedings will be published both on paper and on CD-ROM and distributed at the registration desk of the Conference.</P>
<P>The accepted papers will be published only if <A HREF="#REGISTRATION_FEES">registration fee</A> will be received by <A HREF="#Organising_Committee_Address">Organizing Committee</A> not late than March 30, 1999. The <A HREF="#REGISTRATION_FEES">registration fee</A> includes Proceedings price. The Proceedings will be distributed only to attendees of Conference.</P>
