It brings together researchers, designers, programmers and vendors working in the fields of automated design and new information technologies. The goal of IT+SE'99 Conference is to become a place of meeting where cross fertilization of ideas and exchange of experience<A NAME="CONFERENCE_LOCATION"> make bridges for co-operation.</P> <P><HR></P> <B><P>CONFERENCE LOCATION</P> </B><P></A>Conference, Discussion Scientific Club and Workshop will be held in one of the most beautiful areas of Crimean peninsular at a comfortable hotel in a suburb of Yalta picturesque Gurzuf. Gurzuf is located on a sea shore at a distance of 70 km from the Crimean regional center Simferopol. The road from Simferopol to Gurzuf goes through Crimean mountains. Papers should be prepared as WinWord6.0 file and submitted on diskette or via E-mail.</P> <P><HR></P> <B><P><A NAME="PROCEEDINGS">PROCEEDINGS of CONFERENCE</P> </B><P></A>Accepted papers will be published in Proceedings of International Conference IT+ SE'99 both in Russian and in English.</P> <P>Proceedings will be published both on paper and on CD-ROM and distributed at the registration desk of the Conference.</P> <P>The accepted papers will be published only if <A HREF="#REGISTRATION_FEES">registration fee</A> will be received by <A HREF="#Organising_Committee_Address">Organizing Committee</A> not late than March 30, 1999.
