Regarding time in occupied territores. When the cloks were changed in
Israel earlier on this year, it took another month or so before they were
changed in the Palestinian autonomy areas. So if a person would drive,
lets say, from Beer Sheba to Jerusalem via the West Bank, you could
practically keep going from one time zone to another about five times in
the space of an hbours journey as you went in and out of "C" areas (under
israeli control) and "A" areas (under palestinian autonomy). It also
cused havoc with the flow of palestinian workers into Israel and the time
they started.
