Thanks Ahmad
I did not see your earlier post
I have looked at the header of the offending posts
They do contain the line
char set Windows 1215
Which is obviously the problem
I know the list owners do not like HTML etc
Is it allowable in the charter to send messages in char sets that upset
some browsers ?
Thanks again
I shall continue to ignore posts in strange char sets, just as we ignore
HTML
