Agree - *especially* for GPs!

Sounds reasonable.. but.. what is your list size? and are you about to
get the problem junior hospital doctors have? Reduce the hours without
increasing the resources, and work intensity increases.. and spills over
into unpaid overtime!
Have you considered looking at whether most of the work needs doing in
the first place?
