Why should the introduction of a new machine be expected to make a
system "develop wibblies" ? I'm just a user - so I expect the post to be
delivered *regardless* of changes to the franking machine!

we're in anglox.nhs.uk - but the problems are here as well.
Adrian, this seems to remain a *national* , rather than a *local*
problem... so do keep posting your concerns centrally as well as
locally!
