Have never given this great thought but isn't this one of the most
specific potential advantages of legalisation. Once all drugs were
going through national control systems they could be coloured so that
it would be impossible to spike peoples drinks.
Aren't these exactly the kind of issues that a really unbiased
commission should be able to tease out and the air for a public
discussion?
