The situation here is slightly different from NHSnet. The list would
be so small a target whereas NHSnet has set itself up as a huge target
for hackers and trawlers because everybody knows it's there and it is
do with patient information.
The list I am proposing presents such a small target that I am not sure
what the odds will be for hackers to be bothered.
Encryption would involve a learning curve that many people on this list
are/would not be prepared to undertake.
