Can I further add, pace Ahmad (who is a wonderful bloke really) that only
eight of the 230 esteemed circulars have been about primary care groups!
As a GP I can safely ignore the sods. At the HA I have to at least skim the
little darlings (strong language deleted here), and some of them have to be
read in detail.
