Not sure about this. In one sense the question is whether
it's OK to breach confidentiality if it's with other doctors?
I think we could invent a brief proforma for a patient to sign
to get their permission for anonymous details to be published
on a (?doctors only) mail list. With this consent I think the
submitting doctor's position would be beyond question or
reproach.
OTOH with such consent it might be OK to publish to GP-UK.
I would certainly be sad to see the clinical bits disappear
from GP-UK. The international and multi-disciplinary nature of
GP-UK seems a strength for discussion of clinical matters.
