In a way, I agree. I only started asking what components of NHS Lite
might be to get people thinking the way you just did and I am grateful
for it :-)
So, we can now dismiss the components of Lite (in my opinion, what you
do now is actually a bit more than Lite, though), and begin to think of
what would make a real 'quality' service.
