Actually,she was my local mp when the new contract came in. Invited
her,and the next neighbouring mp (separately) to the practice to talk
things through.
Other was v. chatty and friendly and promised to take our concerns
forward blah blah.What we got was a standard party line paper about how
the changes were going to improve everything and anyone who says
otherwise is lying.
TG on the other hand took some forceful persuading, was polite but not
chummy, and actually sent us a copy of the letter she'd sent about
concerns such as women's choice whether to accept smears when GP's are
under target pressures.
Total waste of time and energy, of course, but a grudging amount of
respect on my part.
BTW why say you she hates docs?Other than the fact that she's a tory,
that is? No friend maybe, but not quite the same.
