The 'real' IT experts in this particular subject, i.e. programmers, have
been warning management of the problem for *years*. Management in its
infinite wisdom has chosen to ignore those warnings which is the real
reason why we are in this current mess. It is indeed a very good example
of the price paid for failure in Ahmad's "communications and
understanding"!
