Working in an area where even the light fixings get unscrewed and removed
we've thought a lot about toys etc.
Useful to have seperate "end" to waiting room so kids can sit away from
folks with COAD etc.
Useful to have seperate "spotty" area / sick person area.
With that el cheapo Early Learning Centre chairs and table with few books
and toys much appreciated.
Our best toy though is definitely the Blackboard and chalk.
Yes the chalk does go missing too.
No cleaner isn't given too much extra work.
Also box of toys in each consulting room gets me off the hook of amusing
siblings whilst Joanna is screams the place down being examined.
Action for sick Children produce a check list of what good primary care
facilities were a few years ago.
They included seperate play area and toys as essential!
