What I want to know is this: what happens to refusniks like me who do
not want to join a PCG at *any* level?
Everybody seems to assume that we will *all* join a PCG. Great
pressures will be brought to bear to achieve that.
No one is asking: what if I don't want to join the dance?
I ask that 'coz I am about to resign from my 'Locality Commisioning
Banking Group', aka 'M M Society' ;-)
Will I just carry on as a high class deli in a world of plebian
supermarkets?
