Yes, but you pay the money now and it's a safe bet it will be obsolete
in 1-2 years. I have yet to find anything confidential on Cymru Web -
almost all of it is in the public domain. The present gadgets just
provide access to any of the tens of thousands of people who work for
the NHS in Wales. If and when patient info starts being put on this
system (e.g. lab results on browsable pages for GPs to view) then it
will have to be protected by proper need-to-know encryption.
