Been in contact - but the problems seem to me to be with the NHSnet
itself rather than the implementation.. ;-<<

How long will it be between the proposals being finalised and a workable
implementation plan(including budget details) being released?
At the moment, it's like trying to do a 3-D puzzle with most of the
vital bits missing!
