The trivial - our community Trust is doing better at IT than our HA
or acute Trust - therefore I propose to get help from them rather
than the others in producing the services for the PCG and the local
informatics service...network extends throughout the PCG area etc.
SPecific - one of our Cons Psychiatrists set up the sort of
knowledge service (designed on what are now standard generic
web/intranet technologies) administered in the sort of (if we are
swapping bits of management philosophy) loose-tight way Peters and
Waterman praise - that I envisaged and I think is implicit in the
views of the large majority of GPs on GP-Uk and in the strategy...
It needs building up, strengthening, and delivering to the PC we
need to place on every clinical desk - at each point of care.
