I've similarly had my arm twisted hard. The patient initially wanted to use
it by itself for the progesterone-hrt type effect. She then went onto
mainstream oestrogen and wanted to use progest to oppose it which clearly it
wouldn't do.
It helped a bit initially but then wasn't all it was cracked up to be.
My HA did allow it through for two scripts although I had a letter asking
why and had to agree not to use it in more patients.....I've yet to hear
from the PPA.
I'd agree crinone is a better way forward if you can persuade patient of its
credentials.
