I don't think so. A couple of years back, I prescribed the stuff to
one of my patients on an FP10. The script was brought to the attention
of the LMC's 'borderline substances cmte'. It was found *not* to be
within the criteria, and therefore, the script was disallowed and I had
to pay the cost (about 40 pounds). The patient has not reimbursed me
to date and has since left the practice).
In thier deliberations, the LMC cmte did not mention anything about it
being not licensed.
