I understand BT were caught out by the increase in traffic from within the NHS and also by a mass spam attempt from outside. The
latter is acceptabel, the former is not. We have been repeatedly told they would have plenty of spare capacity for messaging as the
design is for the evenrual linking of 100's of thousands of induviduals and organisations with NHS, currently only a few thousand
are linked.
