The amazing thing about "full consultation", is how often the Government,
HA, quango, gets it absolutely right first time, and how rarely it leads to
a significant shift in position.
The only way around this one is for a few doctors to insist on (and use)
something robust like PGP and "hold their plums", preferably with support
from the esteemed and principled fellows in the BMA!
