This sounds as though *nothing* has changed from the consultative
document from the DTI ? last year, despite the comments from quite a lot
of people.
Is there still a requirement for "Trusted Third Parties" to reveal
private keys within a few hours after receipt of a request.. and who
authorises the request?
Last time round there was no protection for medical privacy.. and seeing
we're all going to be communicating by email (suitably encrypted.. after
discussion between the DOH and the preoffessions - paraphrased from
"Information for Health") , how will this affect all of us who work in
or with the NHS?

Probably not in commerce.. I wouldn't be too optomistic about the NHS!
