Medical negligence (and I am *not* suggesting there was any, is still
covered under legal aid) and IANAL but 12k dos not seem right to me

Reasonable questions IMHO given that he had an inflammatory mass in the end

Why? - your opinion is invaluable - Make a suitable charge for your skills

Maybe not - however I do a lot of medico legal work in conjunction wth some
members of this list and things are often not quite as they seem at first
consideration. I would be happy to analyse the case notes in conjunction wth
