Have to agree with Trefor here :-((. The Post Payment Verification Audit
ladies in East Kent are insisting on a consult listed as contraceptive
advice is in the notes, computer or otherwise for that claim year. Otherwise
not a verifiable claim it would seem.
Wouldn't it be nice to not worry about IoS, get a standard rate and no
audits! Still nowt would get done then, maybe, or am I a cynic?
